I would like to say I've never had an experience like I've had with Chef Shawnie, hands down the best cooking lessons ever. During the pandemic her zoom cooking classes literally gave me something to look forward to and I found myself getting so excited knowing they were coming up. I learned how to cook things I had no idea how to cook, going to the store, and shopping for ingredients some I had never heard of let alone ever cooked with before. I enjoyed every last class.
